Breakfast was a real treat, not just usual ol' eggs and waffles. Had plenty of healthy picks, and I tell ya, them Belgian waffles hit the spot! The only hitch was the room smelled a bit stale, like someone had a smoke-a-thon in there. Didn’t want to fuss though. Overall, good stay!

The homemade Belgian waffles were a morning highlight, paired perfectly with fresh fruit. Melissa’s exceptional customer service made our stay incredibly relaxing, going above and beyond even when I had a mix-up with my reservation.

The check-in process was a little bumpy with a front desk worker who seemed to struggle with English, and I was charged incorrectly twice.

Consider requesting a room away from the AC unit to avoid any uncomfortable odors and ensure a fresh environment during your stay.

The complimentary breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially the homemade Belgian waffles paired with fresh fruit.

Housekeeping could improve on the frequency of cleaning, as the bathtub was only cleaned once during my 13-night stay.

The breakfast was fantastic! A delicious array of healthy options—definitely not your average hotel fare.

The check-in process could be smoother. I faced some confusion about room availability.

Got a room upgrade to the fourth floor, which was a solid improvement over the first floor stay. The hotel offers a decent indoor pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day of smuggling intergalactic goods.

Housekeeping didn’t exactly impress, with limited cleaning—only one bath cleaning during a two-week stay. Wi-Fi was free but on the slow side, making business work a hassle unless you coughed up an additional fee for speed. The air conditioning unit made a squeaking noise, leading to a restless first night.

The staff was very nice and approachable.

The kids loved the indoor pool, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary water and fresh fruit in the lobby. Our time visiting the nearby Constellation Field was a highlight for everyone, especially the grandkids who enjoyed the games!

The exercise room is impressive with high-quality, modern equipment, making workouts enjoyable. A notable highlight was the exceptional breakfast variety, providing plenty of choices. However, there were concerns with cleanliness around food during breakfast service, especially with cleaning solutions being sprayed near the food items, posing a health risk. Additionally, the coffee could be improved as it was served bitter and not hot enough. Though some breakfast items, like the bread, were less than satisfactory, the overall experience was still pleasant.

The welcoming touches like complimentary water at reception and fresh fruit in the lobby made me feel right at home. I loved relaxing in the heated indoor pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers. Although it would have been nice to have more variety in the snacks available, it didn’t put a damper on my great experience here! 😊

great staff but minor room issues

The staff were truly exceptional! ! Luke and John made my stay memorable with their attentive service. Upon check-in, John immediately helped me with my bag, which was immensely appreciated after my recent surgery. The cleanliness of the room was a standout—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options each morning.

I stayed in a Suite, 2 Queen, Sofa bed for 13 nights, and I was really impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, especially during breakfast. The complimentary water in reception, fresh fruit in the lobby, and the well-equipped gym added some nice touches to my stay. Cleanliness was great, and I appreciated the quality of the indoor pool as a place to unwind after busy days.

Housekeeping could have been more regular.
